You are able to taste trouts made in very different ways in our restaurants.

Smoked, baked trout which was made in the stove in Sáfrány Trout Yard is the speciality in the Szalajka Valley.
László Sáfrány has been breeding trouts for over 20 years in Szalajka Valley. Beside trout breeding trouts were smoked equally. Every product prime and aggregate free.
Trout Yard opens every day from March to December, and here you can taste smoked and baked trout in natural, forest environment 5 minutes from Veil Waterfall (in hungarian Fátyol-vízesés).

The breeder, László Sáfrány has another business in Szilvásvárad at 12th Park Street, where you can buy smoked trouts.

You can also buy trout at 12 th Park Str. Szilvásvárad: every day 09:00-16:00. At weekends you need to fix an appointment on phone: +36 30 958 5962.
